Subscriptions and payments are handled securely through Stripe.
Manage your subscription
Jibber Jabber does not store your card details or make billing changes directly. Use the Stripe customer portal to update payment methods, view invoices, change your plan, or cancel.
- Sign in to Jibber Jabber.
- Open Account from the app.
- Choose Manage next to your account type.
- Stripe will open so you can make billing changes securely.
If you are on the free plan, choose Upgrade from your account page or any upgrade prompt to view pricing.

Where can I see my current plan?
Your Jibber Jabber account page shows whether you are on the free plan or Premium.
Where do I update payment details or view invoices?
Open Account, choose Manage, and use Stripe to update payment methods, view invoices, and manage receipts.
Where do I cancel?
Cancel in Stripe through Account → Manage. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
What if Premium does not show after payment?
Premium access is synced automatically after checkout. If it looks stale, refresh the app or sign out and back in. Contact us if it still looks wrong.
