Our goal is to make language learning flexible and fair. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Jibber Jabber subscriptions.
1. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a paid subscription anytime through your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
2. Refund eligibility
If you were charged in error or experienced a billing issue, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll review the request. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Plan changes
Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Any unused time is carried over to your new plan when possible.
